Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge

A few years ago, we completed projects for Anheuser Busch on Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. Sun Auto

Ryan Lighting completed 10 lighting upgrade projects in 2025 for Sun Auto, a national automotive service provider with multiple locations in California. The customer was facing rising energy costs and needed a long-term solution as California phased out the sale of many fluorescent lamps under AB 2208.

 

Many of the locations had aging fluorescent lighting systems that were becoming harder to maintain. Several stores experienced reduced lighting levels, which affected visibility, safety, and the overall customer experience.

Ryan Lighting replaced the outdated fluorescent systems with modern LED lighting through a shared savings model. This allowed Sun Auto to upgrade their lighting without upfront capital expense, while the projected monthly energy savings exceeded the project payments from day one.
